As far as the venturi size 24mm of this carburetor, its very suitable, but you will need to check physical sizing.

You will need to ensure the carburetor will fit into your engine manifold, as well as hook up to your air box. This will give you a very good idea of how much adapting will be needed.

You have different float bowls to usual Mikuni, they might be TK bowls, but doesn't make any difference. So I reset the floats wet using clear tubing.

To speed up the process, I made a carb stand for checking the fuel level. I only used 2 screws to secure the bowls. I also used a simple support for the floats so that they wouldn't get bent or mangled when adjusting the float tangs. Instead of bending the tangs, I flexed them x number of times.

I wouldn't waste my money on one. The float was found to be leaking so I epoxied it which failed and later soldered it which worked DEETdon't use the gas tank repair epoxy I told you about. It turned to mush. The float adjustment was checked and adjusted to I also have a new float ordered from Sudco for a spare.

The bike will start and idle to warm but when placed into gear and easing out on the clutch the engine just waffles and dies or bogs out then "catches" and takes off. By 4th gear the engine feels like it is choking down and at its max speed. Does anyone have any thoughts or direction I should proceed?
